Josh Smith has been in the service business for over 15 years, starting and growing Master Service Companies (formerly known as Master Dry) into one of the largest service companies in East Tennessee. Over the course of his career, Josh has treated his customers and employees like family with the commitment of “doing it right the first time.” After years of research and development, WOW My Garage was founded to provide garage flooring, cabinets, and more. Josh and his team are committed to WOW service by providing the best in customer care, product quality, and warranties in the business.
When not at WOW My Garage, Josh is actively serving the community through his foundation 4th Purpose. 4th Purpose is focused on being the catalyst to make prison a place of transformation. For over a decade, Josh has been actively involved in criminal justice reform in Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee and countries in Central America. He has supported programs that provide hope, training and reentry support for prisoners and their families who earnestly want a new life, including hiring and mentoring many felons. In June of 2019 he was named to Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee’s Criminal Justice Reinvestment Task Force. Josh and his wife of 23 years, Tracy, are now driven to reshape the reality for offenders, from the time they enter prison through their re-entry.

Trevor has a background in marketing and technology. His last role was at Master Service Companies, formerly Master Dry, where he served as their Chief Operations Officer, Chief Business Development Officer, and Marketing Director. He understands the value in customer service and strives to always deliver a WOW service to his customers.
Outside work, Trevor enjoys giving back to the community through several local special needs programs sponsored by the City of Knoxville, Power of Play, among others.

Trevor Jones, Managing Partner
Ryan has a background in Graphic Design with a specialization in Branding/Illustration/Marketing. Working for Companies like Intel, MoMa, and Robert Half, he gained experience in everything from small projects to large rebrands. Ryan has worked directly with clients always offering advice and good work. Knowing that putting the customer first and doing the right thing for the customer is something he puts in top priority.

Lauren came to us with a background in customer service. Most recently, she worked under Josh and Trevor in the Customer Care Department at Master Service Companies. She makes customer satisfaction a top priority and always puts in 100% until the job is done.
When not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. They are an active family that loves traveling and creating new adventures and experiences.

Nick is the installation trainer for WOW My Garage. He has been in the construction field for most of his life.
“Wow My Garage offered me a chance to expand my knowledge and to be a part of something new, something special. I get to pour into more than a garage. I get to meet new people and see the transformation of their home. My role also allows me to pour into people. When someone “gets it”, and the light comes on for them, it’s a special moment. Beauty is in the details. My favorite part of construction was trim carpentry. Nothing is perfect in a home, but I had the job of making it appear as though it was. I love it!”

Robin is a customer care representative for Wow My Garage.
“I have many years of Leadership and customer care experience. My last position of 6 years was at Master Services where I had several positions which included Director of Customer Care, Operations Manager and held the General Manager position when I resigned. I worked with Josh, Trevor and Lauren at MSC and I’m excited to be on the team. Before Master Services, I managed a National Call Center where I handled 11 markets and was with that company for 15 years. I love working with customers and making sure that they are well taken care of. As well as working with our internal customers and keeping everything on track and efficient.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a very organized person and like everything neat and in its place. I’m excited that our products that we offer are able to do this for others. We can transform a cluttered ugly garage or basement into a organized beautiful area. That’s very exciting for me!”
